In a significant move for higher education in Punjab, Governor of Punjab has appointed Prof. D P Goyal<\/strong> as the first regular Vice Chancellor of Shaheed Bhagat Singh State University, Ferozepur<\/strong>. His tenure will span three years from the date he assumes office.<\/p>\n

He has held key positions at MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaziabad, Punjabi University, and Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology<\/strong>. Additionally, he has spent nearly a decade as a visiting professor at Aarhus University, Denmark<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A renowned academician, Prof. Goyal has supervised 15 Ph.D. scholars<\/strong> and has over 60 research publications<\/strong> in ABDC-ranked journals<\/strong> to his credit.
