District Bar Association passed a resolution on 1st October Saturday under the chairmanship of Advocate Chetan Jossan ,  vice president of DBA Ferozepur, in which the DBA has informed all its member advocates to strictyly abide by the Resolution passed by the DBA and to  keep themselves away from the work in courts from 3rd October Mo day to 4th October Tuesday due to wrongly involving Advocate Gulshan Monga in FIR 370 u/s 307 at City Ferozepur police station when he was not present at the time 9f occurrence and was at Chandigarh on the date of registration of FIR, which has sufficient evidences too. DBA also mentioned in the resolution that their college advocate Sukhmandar Singh was brutally assaulted in his chamber in the couts by the alleged assailants but the  Cantt Ferozpur registered FIR  112 under section 324 and later added section 324, but allegedly  not added section  307 in this regard . It was also mentioned in the DBA s resolution that in case of another case in which husband of advocate Pushpa Sachdeva’s had been brutally attacked and   though the police had registered  FIR 369 u/s 307 but the police had failed to arrest the accused and accused had been roaming freely and threatening the complaint .L
